The event attracted over 230 participants, including industry leaders and professionals, who engaged in discussions on topics such as planning technology-ready orchards, strategic spraying to reduce labor costs, disease control strategies, and post-harvest techniques. The conference featured both indoor and outdoor trade displays, machinery demonstrations, and networking opportunities. The event was supported by funding from the Australian Government Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry as part of its Support Rts Program.
